hi im bob 53 years old had many a scooter in the early seventies then i got a bit older, wiser,bought a car and thought thats the end of that.moved to the isle of wight 6 years ago and one bank holiday in august  i was surrounded by the smell of 2 stroke and thousands of scooterist and thought i want some of that so here i am. favourite film quadraphenia no it word 4 word

My name is Trev and i live in the small market town of Boston in lincolnshire. My scooter is a 1963 lambretta li125 with a sil 200 engine and hope to make it to the isle of wight in 2010 for the first time and i am looking forward to it. here is a little bit about me. i am originally from liverpool and i came to isle of wight in 1989 via london were i lived and worked for 5 years. I am into all scooters but my main passion are german made scooters from the 1950s and 1960s. i own and ride three scooters at present with four more waiting to be restored ( i know its gonna take ages) still it keeps me out of trouble. i have joined you guys a few times now on rideouts  and have found the meetings really welcoming thanks very much

Ride a Lambretta SX 150 1967 Kept everything standard more reliable that way. Work in London into the music and the scooters.

Been into scooters for many years ,however only got one 4 years ago. Bought one of those "barnfinds".  Completely rebuilt myself, best way to learn about things. Took 4 years and about £2000.

Interested in meeting like minded people, ride outs and rallies. Talking crap, you know!

Not a big " scooter do" person but will go along once in a while, doesnt mean i dont like beer though.

Been into scooters for many years, but brought my first vespa in 2007 which was a p2, which i still own now. I done iow rally in 2007 but didnt really know anyone so it was abit of a wash out, i done 2008 rally with the club which was great and i also went to woolcoombe in 08 with a few members of the club and it was a 'experiance' gettin there, never though i would sleep in a bus stop in my life.

Really looking forward to see what the scene brings and cant wait to see where it will all lead.

PS dont ask me how to fix a scoot as i have no idea but im slowly picking it up......!
